      There is no pro at all

      Inconvénients

      The size of the company is 35 employees with high staff turnover rate. The company hire and fire staff easily. The company is not doing well and the CEO has no real vision. Join at your own risk.

      cant remember if there was any pros

      Inconvénients

      they expect you to act like a robot and be available 24/7 especially late in the night. no work life balance ever. once called or messaged they expect to be at your top performance even if its 2am in the morning

      Avantages

      No benefits are worth this.

      Inconvénients

      -Joined in 2025 and left in a jiffy. For such a small SME, there is an immense inescapable amount of politics which stunts productivity. -Upper management seems to be too preoccupied in ivory towers with butterfly news and end up selling koyok. -Overpromise clients, overwork and underpay and the real hard workers. -When problems arise, it is a finger-pointing game which resets any progress and momentum.
