      Inconvénients

      Work/life balance. Some disconnect between German and American work expectations. Micromanagement on documentation placed in front of customer satisfaction. Health benefit cost.

      Avantages

      The team is incredibly welcoming and supportive. I always felt encouraged to ask questions and collaborate, which made it easy to integrate into the workflow.

      Inconvénients

      While the role provided great learning opportunities, there were fewer chances to transition into more permanent or advanced positions within the company after the working student role.
