      Worked from home, had a flexible schedule, the people I worked with were great, often worked well together

      IFF is still learning how to be a large company. They want everything done yesterday, and it takes time to set up good policies and programs, and people to do it properly.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
