      The whole management team is so nice to the employees. the work area is really good and clean. Everyone enjoys working here.

      Inconvénients

      Only a little time, the smell in the lab seems terrible..but no choice, we are working in flavor industry.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
