      Avantages

      If you live in Louisville there are few other choices. At least the pay levels are decent when you consider the lower cost of living in Kentucky.

      Inconvénients

      Same handful of people move around to different leadership roles as they fail at their last assignment. Given enough time they are back leading where they failed (at least) once before. Perhaps being acquired will give Humana the fresh leadership it so desperately needs.

      Awesome company to work for. Great leadership. Great Benefits. I've been in the field for over 18 years. This is by far the best company I've worked for.

      Interesting work, decent benefits, ability to work from home

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
