      Merging with Aetna - no changes likely to happen for a year or so, but the future is somewhat uncertain

      Work life balance is excelent. Culture is friendly, and professional

      Managment can not get out of thier own way. So much waiste. The only reason the firm does so well is that its competition is as bad as they are.
