      Interacting with the members and helping them with their needs

      Inconvénients

      Typical male nurse discrimination from female supervisors/coach. The talk about the culture and values of the company, and then to be discriminated against from the outset still is hard to believe happened and I'm sure happens.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
