Avantages
The strategic path the company is on holds a lot of promise for future growth and continued stability. Certain areas of the company are more balanced than others, definitely reflecting the leaders and level of leadership there. As it adopts and applies its own strategy of wellbeing to its own behavior, the potential for an improved and better balanced culture may be realized.
Inconvénients
The current workload and work expectations are those of a workaholic culture where the priority is on achieving overly unrealistic deadlines at the expense of work/life balance and employee wellbeing. The leadership team at the director level is inconsistent in terms of leadership quality and ability to lead, with promotions based on insider politics and "being liked" over expertise and actual leadership.
