      Inconvénients

      Complex processes that can create challenges to be effective for customers. Some of the Leadership do not get on the level of employees to truly understand challenges.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
