Avantages

Pros: The most rewarding aspect of the job was helping candidates find meaningful employment opportunities and advance their careers. Cons: Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. Leadership lacked direction, and there appeared to be frequent management turnover, which created an unstable work environment. Compensation was below market expectations, and opportunities for growth and professional development were limited. The company seemed heavily reliant on long-standing client relationships rather than investing in new business development and modern recruiting strategies. At times, communication from leadership felt unprofessional and discouraging. While some members of previous management were supportive, the overall culture often felt stagnant and resistant to change. Many employees have remained with the company for decades, which may reflect loyalty, but from my perspective, it also contributed to a culture that lacked innovation and fresh ideas. As a result, the workplace felt disconnected from the evolving demands of today's staffing and recruiting industry. While I appreciated the opportunity to help job seekers, I would not recommend this agency to recruiters looking to build a long-term career in the staffing industry due to concerns about leadership, company culture, compensation, and overall growth potential.

Inconvénients

The health insurance benefits are disappointing, and there appears to be little investment in employee training or professional development. Internal Employee turnover is high, and there are concerns about favoritism within the organization. I am also concerned about the company's online reviews. Based on my experience, it appears that negative reviews may be removed, while positive reviews remain visible. Specifically, there are allegations that an individual in the White Plains office oversees review management, which raises questions about the transparency and authenticity of the feedback posted on Glassdoor. No company is perfect, and it is normal for organizations to receive both positive and negative reviews. When only favorable reviews are visible, it can create the impression that employee feedback is being selectively managed. I hope this review remains posted so that prospective employees can have access to honest and balanced perspectives when evaluating the company.
