      Avantages

      Coworkers are great! They have great training department as well and know the ins and outs of recruiting.

      Inconvénients

      Recruiter pay is seriously low, can lessen the work / life balance that the culture should create because you don’t make enough to live. No pay transparency. Leadership is not the best either
