I was free to innovate and experiment with UI/UX concepts. In addition, the web development group was supportive and helpful. I enjoyed writing code. At the end of the day, it always felt good to produce work that I could be proud of.
Inconvénients
HubCast was a startup company that went out of business because the value proposition was a hard sell to stakeholders. Saving $1 million a year in print costs didn't resonate with senior managers and alike who lead companies generating billions in profits.
