      HDS is on business unit of a larger organization the HDS Companies. If you are looking to build a career and make a difference, then this is the place for you. Tenure averages over 10 years. Employees are hard working and committed to their success and the success of the organization! Their is also the HDS Foundation which gave me the opportunity to be charitable locally and globally. The culture is very diverse and inclusive to all. Great benefits and un place to work.

      There are no cons. This is really a great place to be.

      Avantages

      Working in collaboration with the team at Housing and Development Software, eHousingPlus, and the HDS Foundation over the last three years has been an excellent experience.  At HDS Companies, putting the Affordable Housing Community, employees, clients, business partners, and corporate social responsibility at the forefront is their company culture. What I enjoy the most about working with the team at HDS is the sense of community felt throughout the organization. When it comes to employees, they embrace diversity and inclusion and ensure that all people are treated as equals. They've even created job opportunities for young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The HDS Foundation works in partnership with local high schools to provide programs for high school students with ASD and related disabilities.

      Inconvénients

      I’ve worked with HDS for three years and haven’t experienced any cons. All good experiences!
