The people are bar none the best part of Hoopla. We are a growing, but very tight knit team of intelligent and reliable people. Everyone wants to learn which creates an "open door" environment across departments. As someone who works in sales, I work with marketing, product, engineering, and top management on a weekly basis.
The culture is also a major pro. The product is a must have for companies all around the world. Hoopla changes the way companies celebrate wins and communicate, doing so in a visual and exciting way. It's a fun product to sell and use internally every day.
You are not a kink in the chain here. What you do on a daily/weekly basis truly impacts the outcome of the business. You learn so much in this kind of environment.
Very competitive pay/compensation. Flexible vacation. Plus, I don't spend money on breakfast or lunch as there's a fully stocked kitchen and fridge.
Inconvénients
This is a software startup, so there are growing pains and shifts in priorities...but the beauty of it is that your voice is heard throughout it all (if you want your voice to be heard).
