      I think they are headed in the right direction

      Inconvénients

      Roles and responsibilities are pretty unclear Everyone feels really siloed People can be really rude - either directly to your face or by not showing up to a meeting or by constantly asking for everything in writing to CYA. Just a strange place overall at times.

      Avantages

      Enjoying working for Hologic. At a district level there is support with training and within you team. Opportunities to grow if you want them (FSE LEVEL 1-4) This job can be isolating if you let it, so don't let it. Ask for help, call your colleagues. We are here to support each other. Great pay and benefits. great work life balance. This is the best company I have worked at thus far in my career.

      Inconvénients

      Not a huge consistency with procedures and standards. Alot of the problems get blamed on FSEs. I wish we had all documentation in one place and it was easy to find. It kind of seems like we are all making up our own ways to do things or if you do see a document it disappears in the ether and is very difficult to find. The company is working on improving this and I have high hopes!
