My time at HRBH was pretty good. The company overall was supportive of my career goals and promoted me within the organization a number of times. I appreciated the career advancement because I definitely didn't receive that level of professional support at my previous job.
Inconvénients
The pay (of course) but it's a community agency so what can you expect.

Training and lateral opportunities are available consistently because they have such a high turn over rate. The pay is abysmal and they have a policy you are not allowed to reveal your pay scale.
