      Honestly, there aren’t any. Very disorganized and the culture is volatile.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is low and the “commission”‘plan is a joke.

All our Senior Coordinators are required to go through extensive training which includes earning several certifications within Herc Rental’s learning system that starts at the onboarding process.       Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!
