      Allows you to work hands on with multiple pieces of equipment relating to numerous fields including electric, HVAC, pumps, engine work, etc.

      Inconvénients

      On call some weekends Will have to work late every once in a while Need own tools (company does supply tools in apprenticeship program)

      Avantages

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      Inconvénients

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      I have to add five words but there are none

      Inconvénients

      Low pay for the position and all the added responsibilities super KPI driven if you miss a metric they don’t care even if you have valid reasons. Short staffed and not will to hire more help hence putting more on employees also don’t rent here shady business practices
