      Great company culture and surrounded by good people. Decent pay and potential to move up in the company in due time.

      Inconvénients

      Stressful at times if branch is under scrutiny by corporate. Disorganized management at times.

      Avantages

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      Inconvénients

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      I have to add five words but there are none

      Inconvénients

      Low pay for the position and all the added responsibilities super KPI driven if you miss a metric they don’t care even if you have valid reasons. Short staffed and not will to hire more help hence putting more on employees also don’t rent here shady business practices
