      - Decent salary and benefits - You help along a very good cause

      Inconvénients

      - Management doesn't know what it's doing, or what is priority for efficiency - No respect for the hard work employees do - Turnover is crazy - Dead company culture; no personality whatsoever among management and peers - Anyone under 35 is routinely ignored. Not a hospitable to Millenials - No understanding of media and how important is to stay on message

      There seems to be two different cultures between the India team and the developers. Sometimes they don't see eye to eye.
