      Significant food discounts and hybrid and virtual working schedule

      Inconvénients

      Highly recommended not joining especially at the Director plus level as you will be exposed to micromanagement and inexperience of the US CEO and/or leadership team and constant “restructuring”. Also, the HR team mentioned that has been around for the longer-term has no independence and lack a strategic vision and experience. Only go there if you’re comfortable with staying quiet with the status quo. If you look, you will find news articles about some related challenges.
