Avantages
there really are none, ever since the company was bought by Call One the working people are mostly nice, but the owners are, well lets say not so nice
Inconvénients
all they ever did was take take take, the took away PTO time, they took away 401K match, an believe it or not if you ever take any money from your 40k, every time you do Hello Direct gets $50 from your account even thonugh they don't put anything in via a company match, they close the week between Christmas an New Years forcing you to use 32 hours of PTO time, the company no longer gives technical support to it's customers, they send you to manufacture for support, they have not given their employees a raise in over 5 years. they give you nothing when they lay you off, and end your medical benefits right then.
