      ~Learning ~knowledge in IT field

      Inconvénients

      ~HR team is useless, they are just puppets, all decisions are from higher management, i.e., owners of company ~no growth in terms of salary ~no timing of work, poor culture in terms of work load ~don't believe on words, just take everything in written ~too much office politics by team leads who are working from many years

      I've been with HashTag Labs for the past 5 years, and it's been a rewarding experience. The company culture promotes collaboration and innovation. There are plenty of opportunities for growth, and the leadership team is approachable and open to new ideas.

      IT professionals are often expected to deliver perfect solutions, which can be challenging and lead to performance pressure.

      The work environment is good, Saturday and Sunday are off. This is good company for those who start their career in the IT field; they are providing a chance to work on new technology. supportive environment
