      Avantages

      Our company was acquired by Harris a couple of years ago and the change has been tremendously positive. They have encouraged our business unit and employees to be innovative and proactive in problem solving and looking at ways improve the products and services we provide to clients. They solicit feedback from staff and have worked diligently to address any gaps identified. they consistently strive to challenge team members and provide opportunities for growth within the organization. Having experienced a number of changes through various acquisition this has been by far a very positive experience overall.

      Inconvénients

      The original merger was a little challenging but issues were addressed in a timely fashion

      Avantages

      Great company to work for, though they are all about the next thing to acquire.

      Inconvénients

      401K plan is a 'maybe we will match' type thing. Could be much better.

      Avantages

      It (mostly) pays the bills. Your day to day experience will depend entirely on the business unit you are in and your localized management.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is low. Their business model is just continuously acquiring established software companies, gutting them, and rebuilding them according to their model. Standard corporate experience. They will pay you as little as possible to retain you, and do things like changing the structure of HSA contributions to save a buck.
