      Avantages

      They are willing to teach and allow those who are willing to expand their knowledge and grow with the business. With clear direction, you are trusted to be accountable and lead your own work. The CEO is hands-on with the business and encourages his team to constantly learn and grow with the company and the COO is constantly striving to refine the procedures to continue to improve and streamline the processes. The older reviews do not reflect the changes and improvement, with the team we have is here, I can only see more positive changes are to come.

      Avantages

      The company has been around for almost 3 decades. Stable sales and many employees have been with the company for 10-20 years. Senior managers are knowledgeable and look to help and groom staff under them. Since the products they sell are with all the major retailers, it's a good place to learn kitchen based consumer products. The owner is very smart and will lead by example, showing exactly how something should be done. As long as you have a strong work ethic and are willing to put in the time to learn the processes / products, you will succeed. In my time here I've seen people grow and be given opportunity.

      Inconvénients

      We could have shorter meetings, as long as the various departments are prepared in advance.
