Laid back, not a whole lot of anything from upper management pushing you
Inconvénients
No guidance, no stability, upper management doesnt care about the department. There are no set standards, goals, numbers, no measuring stick for a sales department other than make money. For the sales department, there is no marketing. We are and HVAC supply house, and I am unable to do b2b sales by visiting companies, management believes its a waste of time and resources. Only marketing we have is FB sales, and that is done through my personal account.
