      Avantages

      Long term contract with clients.Good Number of clients . Long term relationship with clients. Not much interfering in you work areas

      Inconvénients

      Less Sayalry, No Growth, increment in salary no bonus , management dont know anything . Just another contracting company, I would say not a company but a staffing firm.

      Autonomy, good leadership, support from the top.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
