Yes, The project assignments to the hires could get inappropriate in some cases. Politics grow inevitably in the forums of the middle level management. Unhealthy clouds due to lack of process addressing burning issues; Middle level management: Insensitive to employee needs or concerns, non-transparent, monopoly heads with insensible &obsolete managerial skills from the business solutions perspective. Gape holes in the Appraisal system and unclear/frequently changed HR policies: "better is the recession for it's a known evil". Fear and insecurity prevails with uncertain appraisals.
