      You learn systems that other companies want experience in. You can develop a lot of your entry level exeperience in IT.

      Inconvénients

      Raises are a joke, they will promote within and only give Max 5% raises and average 2% regardless where you go. Ex: Level 2 IT, Quality, IT Lead.

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
