      Avantages

      Job security is very high. They don't have any deductions. I mean, take home will be good. Very good salary structure. But salary is low.

      Inconvénients

      salary is toooo low. Appraisals will be in single digits. I know many people working in HCL with less then 3L package and they have 3 years experience
