      Avantages

      Flexibility they love to let there employees work at own pace and will be flexible with work hours. Also no drug test.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible job growth, you have no chance of any upward mobility. Only Indian people can move up. Blatant racism. No job growth, no wage increase. I worked here for 2 year and never once got a raise while I got good ratings as an employee.

      It was a job. Pros??? None

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, no Communication. They Lie. My contract ran out, We had a lot of work and not enough people. They told me they were exyending my contract and to come back to work on Monday. I went to work on Monday and I was locked out of the system. All my id's were disabled. I have been waiting for two weeks to be rehired. At first people were sending out emails to find out what was going on, now there is nothing. I've been ghosted. This happened to a number of people. Plus the people they just let go !!!!!
