      Avantages

      Large organization, you can move around roles. Other than carrier opportunities, no positive. Good company if joining in senior management, actually these people earn more in this company, otherwise, its hell.

      Inconvénients

      Bench policies and Bonus policies against employees, No good appraisal to employees since last 3 years in spite of excellent company's financial performance. When on Bench, you get less salary, while still have to work normally. Appraisal

      It was a job. Pros??? None

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, no Communication. They Lie. My contract ran out, We had a lot of work and not enough people. They told me they were exyending my contract and to come back to work on Monday. I went to work on Monday and I was locked out of the system. All my id's were disabled. I have been waiting for two weeks to be rehired. At first people were sending out emails to find out what was going on, now there is nothing. I've been ghosted. This happened to a number of people. Plus the people they just let go !!!!!
