      BIG Company GREAT Projects GOOD HR Policies Onsite opportunities The company brand name is very big, and also they have office in every part of the country, and in nearly every sector of Noida/gurgaon. so for north Indians a good place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Low salaries APPRAISAL CYCLE non transparent APPRAISAL 2% to 15% (max) 3 Months notice The company needs to change their HR policy for appraisal process, so as o make them more transparent. And employees benefits policy need to be shared with the employees.
