      I worked 12 Years in HCL and one of the best employer and employee friendly. Very Good atmosphere and good work culture and you can work on flexible timing as per the project requirement. Thanks HCL for providing me a very good opportunity to grow as an excellent IT professional.

      Need to improve the package matching with industry to retain the core employees.

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
