      Great collaboration amongst horizontals and the Account Directors. Good place if an individual has a startup mindset and ready to experiment on new business models and technology solutions.

      Inconvénients

      Very dense hierarchy with multiple director and manager levels. Tends to become politically inclined on promotion and salary discussions.

      nothing, really, nothing appears to be functioning in this organization from onboarding over working, billing, offboarding

      I have not been paid for my work after almost 90 days now. There is no formal explanation or refusal, but they are just sitting it out it appears, pocketing the money that has been paid on my behalf by the client.
