      1. Encouraging freshers to interact with customers and work with them 2. Work culture is good 3. Team work 4. Trainings programs are quite good and helpful for overall development of an employee.

      Inconvénients

      1. Not much hike but if they do that too in variable pay and all... 2. Politics
