      Avantages

      Location flexibility in terms of Delhi ... not too taxing work as it is mostly repetitive as the projects are plain vanilla

      Inconvénients

      Bad management at middle .. All talk of efcs but nothing for employee but fte... sales through presentation ... innovation is actively thwarted ... incompetency is rewarded .... no voice of employees
