      Avantages

      Timing flexibility, some good medical benefits for you and your family.

      Inconvénients

      Very beaurocratic - as you dont have admin rights on your own machine, gotto take permission for even for downloading some zip files. Dirty politics to get promoted and regionalism HR people are nothing but full of fresh college grad management trainees, which HCL hires to get cheaper resources and they who doesn't know anything but to jot down mails, handles people very immaturely
