      Avantages

      One could move from one department / area of expertise to another, within the organisation with ease upon demonstrating required skills. Internal training system / talent management system is very constructive. They have projects on various technical areas, hence more opportunities to learn new technologies.

      Inconvénients

      HCL Technologies is not a very good pay master at the lower / middle and upper middle levels of organisation.
