      I don’t see any pros.

      Inconvénients

      No work life balance Management is worst and do not maintain transparency Capability manager and HR is a joke here. Hikes and compensation does not go in line with the current inflation but they expect us to work as if they pay rightfully Threats for every thing. I won’t wonder if they make it a rule that if you sneeze, it’s against the policy

      Some processes could be more organized as the company continues to grow. Communication between teams can sometimes be improved.

      Autonomy, good leadership, support from the top.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
