      Avantages

      HCL is a reputed company .It's a MNC , so people dp want to join it. And definitely it's a good company but .

      Inconvénients

      It delay the onboarding on students .I completed training for GET in 2025 July, still did not recieve the onboarding, few of my batchmates did recieve, but I am still Waiting. They do not reply to the mails , HRs do not take the responsibility and often neglect the students .We are frustrated and annoyed.HCL mass hires from colleges and do not onboard on time .

      It was a job. Pros??? None

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, no Communication. They Lie. My contract ran out, We had a lot of work and not enough people. They told me they were exyending my contract and to come back to work on Monday. I went to work on Monday and I was locked out of the system. All my id's were disabled. I have been waiting for two weeks to be rehired. At first people were sending out emails to find out what was going on, now there is nothing. I've been ghosted. This happened to a number of people. Plus the people they just let go !!!!!
