Avantages
Good entry level resume builder for front office work/administrative stuff bc you don't have to be too experienced to start. U can learn a lot from your TPs. If your tax pros are nice and competent, you're set (otherwise expect to have to herd cats and run interference with clients everyday). If you do want to though, there is potential to become a tax pro (u have to take classes in off season, and i think pay for the books?) even if you start as CSP, which can open a lot of opportunities.
Inconvénients
The pay. Very corporate but also neglectful management. Expect angry clients bc of pricing + constant auto communications/campaign calls from HRB. Don't expect any handholding and expect to be worked hard. The second u seem to understand something they'll try and get u to do more. Expect very little help from MTL/DGM, if any. Lowkey feels like they're panicking bc of Intuit. Just grin and bear until the season is over if u need the money
