My experience at Guidehouse was disappointing overall. Management often felt toxic, disorganized, and out of touch with the day-to-day reality of the work. There was a noticeable lack of clear direction, accountability, and basic competence from certain members of leadership, which made the environment stressful and frustrating. The internal systems and processes also felt outdated and inefficient, making simple tasks harder than they needed to be. Instead of supporting employees, the tools and management structure often created more obstacles.
