      Caring environment with many perks if you can take advantage of them

      Inconvénients

      High call volume. They expect you to take a certain amount of calls per day I think 40. It can ware on you in the long run if you let it

      Avantages

      Work-life balance is nice, very human and enjoyable staff/management, a culture of community

      Inconvénients

      Weekends off are hard to come by due to the nature of the job. But PTO is available and management is flexible

      Flexible hours, builders that I worked for were very nice.

      Inconvénients

      Corporate will hold pay for long as possible, and you will need to double check their calculations
