      Avantages

      My department manager was a great guy, always supportive and encouraging.

      Inconvénients

      They changed a policy so that mangement could no longer rehire successful people if they are laid off. Doesn't manner the reason for the lay off such as industry wide downturn in sales or another reason.

      Avantages

      Work-life balance is nice, very human and enjoyable staff/management, a culture of community

      Inconvénients

      Weekends off are hard to come by due to the nature of the job. But PTO is available and management is flexible

      Avantages

      Decent pay and benefits. Good stepping stone for experience then move on.

      Inconvénients

      Favoritism is like high school. Don’t get FMLA or they will retaliate against you. Dishonest supervisors. Doesn’t matter how much knowledge you have, if they don’t like you .. you won’t get far in company.
