      Avantages

      I have had a great experience working for Rate Insurance. Managers have high expectations and have been supportive of my development. The insurance company is very invested in building a tech platform that makes it easier for everyone to do their job and serve our customers.

      Inconvénients

      The contribution towards 401k and other benefits is low.

      Team great and everyone gets along works well together

      Pay is bad raises almost non existent and so much emphasis on AI makes people afraid of mass layoffs
