      Avantages

      There were major projects in pipeline that was good in terms of technology and process for a BA. I had a great IT GM and Delivery Manager, but both were fired by the stupid management.

      Inconvénients

      Management is least bothered about IT business unit There are some good people in the business, but management cares about dogs than IT workforce. Underpaid company (I can talk only about IT)

      Penalty Rates, good management and a learning experience

      Inconvénients

      Required to be available 364 days per year - Christmas Day is the only guaranteed day off. Be prepared to drive 15+ hours per week (included in the 38 hour work week)
