      Stay busy doing a wide variety of projects. Great people, good opportunity to move around.

      Inconvénients

      Too restrictive and micromanaging can be frequent. Work life balance can be challenging.

      Avantages

      Pay is decent for the workload. Union is coming in.

      Inconvénients

      Management makes false promises they do not keep. Copy and pasted all of the SOPs from other sites that has nothing to do with Waco site. No clear path of progression. "Flow to work" does not work.
