      Avantages

      They offer flex time, a three-week vacation policy, and a 10% employer contribution to your 401K after a year with the company. They have a great culture and allow employees to have a comfortable work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Recently bought by venture capitalists, so far there has been little change in the small company culture but it could happen.

      Avantages

      -The problems the firm is funded to solve are interesting. -The remote nature of the work.

      Inconvénients

      One of the project managers stated that he didn't want anyone else at the company working on his project because "the $800k is to keep me funded for the next 2 years". The same person also seemed to be actively trying to sabotage the presentation of a promising solution to increase the detection rate of trojans in FPGAs, which was the problem he was funded to improve. This type of behavior is not good in the long term.
