GraduationSource is a fast-growing company with a lot to do. New leadership has been working hard to make positive changes across all departments. I am working with many intelligent people who are dedicated and take pride in the work they do. There are many opportunities to learn new concepts and skills. I am thankful to work in a department where I am given a chance to grow and interact with others to create memorable work. So far, experience, knowledge, and exposure are my biggest takeaways from working at GradutionSource. If you are hands-on, open to learning, and want to work with a professional team to produce results, GradutionSource is the place.
Inconvénients
Communicating with some departments is often difficult and answering a peer will fall to the waist side. Everyone is really busy but responding in a timely fashion would streamline processes and enhance collaboration.
